In fact, Factor Fund has already made back the initial $500K they lended, all the remaining stock sales are straigh profit, no matter ne conversion rate.
They even "lended" $150K to PVSP at a cost of $0. All they had to do was to discontinue the conversions for a quarter. And now they have $150K more to convert and dump in a hurry, at a 40% discount, if you please.
So tell me, why shouldn't Factor Fund convert that $150K, at 40% off $0.0015 ?
Why shouldn't they dump it all ? All gravy.
And then there's the $100K "lender's discount". Another $100K of shares as a freebie.
And then there's the various "fees" that Factor Fund charged to Pervasip. All those are convertible into shares, with the usual discount.
Last week, you stated that Factor Fund wouldn't possibly sell under $0.002.
This week, you assure us that cannot possibly convert under $0.0016.
Show me your math.
Or don't. Just wait till the 10-K and see that Factor Fund did convert under those prices.
As expected.
