How about investors ask Bill Chaaban why he said he got a "ready to grow" letter as if his facility was already set up and ready to grow when in fact, he got a ready to build letter - of which is a set of instructions by Health Canada on building a facility for their pre-inspection?

Why did he say last November that construction "is under way" when in fact, the town only granted him a permit to build an agricultural barn just last week?

Why did he tell Forbes he was approved to produce marijuana for Health Canada when in fact he is not?
