Sorry but with the dust settled - and FNMA winning all its law suits against banks - we now know it was not FNMA or any GOV policy that caused the bubble or the rubble

FNMA have not won any lawsuits with the banks. There were only settlements in which the banks agreed to pay significant amount of monies. That doesn't necessarily mean the banks were in the wrong (though they were more likely than not). It may mean the banks just didn't want these things dragging on wasting their time and money. And one can also interpret these settlements that both parties were in the wrong, just one should be responsible/liable for the most parts.
