The digitimes link said 2 million units in the year (500k in Q4).

to get USD $1 billion in revenue each chip has to bring in $500 USD. Are you perhaps counting in Taiwan $$'s ? And to extrapolate to $4B USD, well, I think for that calculation one has to go to the Yahoo biards.
