Sorry about that I think I got it backwards.

"UTEK owns 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of BDSI (BDSI Shares)"

Then

"BDSI Shares will be exchanged for common stock of RSMI"


I looked at it the other day and then got distracted.

Will anything good come out of this acquisition?
