Marijuana is prescribed to cancer patients to counteract side effects of cancer pain nausea chemotherapy etc. if marijuana fuvking stopped the spread of cancer my grandpa would not have just died from lymphoma and my mom would not be suffering so much from breast cancer. Listen kid I know you like drugs and are probably under 18 but you have to stop believing everything you read and hear. no "doctor" from Canada has cured any terminal illnesses with oil. I'm sorry but some internet article does not constitute "research", so how about YOU do some RESEARCH and stop doing so many drugs.
