In all honesty, I agree the reason why a large amount of people aren't currently buying is because of "the lack of news in quite a long time". I have bought and will buy more based on a few reasons:

1. 23 patents on various products relative to BGNN.

2. Good standing and current with the state of New Jersey.

3. I've decoded HTML logic and back logged site activity on www.bgreeninnovations.com and have found recent changes to the site that have not yet been implemented for the public.

4. I've found a company in California recently starting to manufacture one of their patented products. This tells me one of two things... Either they are getting ready to launch a new product or there was a signed licensing agreement for the product being produced.

5. Paid for a business credit report and research report.... All good.

Understandably so, the common investor isn't going to invest without news or financial documents. I go above and beyond (including paying resources to dig for me) to make my decisions on these types of situations.

My decision to buy was when I stumbled across the company in Cali manufacturing a product that is patented and the patent belongs to Jerome R Mahoney. So one way or another... It's income for a business.
