No disagreement with any of that. Fact is, Riss did some good financially strategic moves to get to this point avoiding BK. However, you are spot on regarding marketing and sales and the fact that Riss/Richards placed PVSP in this position due to past performance, failed business plans , obvious marketing failures and inability to fulfill agreements on a timely basis.
