You're right she hasn't addressed the concerns, unfortunately
this passive-aggressive approach may answer everyone's question.
All investors have a right to contact them on the number under
IR on their website and should exercise their right to do so.
The KPO website gives a phone # different from the OTC site,
and also a fax # that is under customer/distributor link only:

The Investor Relations link gives only the phone number, no fax,
and lists the PR's that are also under the News/Press section.
There is no contact person given for IR just this general phone,
and a link to the OTC site (not updated even as to the phone.
although they seem to still be answering the old OTC-listed number).
They may pay more attention to calls coming in on the new joint customer/news/distributor line
b/c you could be a customer.
If anyone is able to reach anyone there and get info let us know!
