"ELTP" needs more Bullish "DD" and Bullish speculation to drive the PPS to $0.18 so the trader's can dump their shares in the "ELTP" driven excitement before the "MM's" bring the next bear raid !!! "ELTP" needs new buyer's to buy in at the high of the year so those of us that have been trading "ELTP" for awhile can dump our shares on the newbie's and buy back in after all the excitement wanes !!!!
