Especially when regulators provide reports that clearly show no such occurence here in JBII. Better yet the company provides filings clearly showing dilution and failure to operate a sustainable business.

More shares into the market and dwindling shareholder confidence due to failure to meet strategy and objectives = lower PPS

FTD and Short Interest reports from the SEC and FINRA = No delivery issues and no significant short position.

Those are the facts concerning JBII.
