Government can't stop or control MJ.So what will they do??? Allow marketing of it and tax it.They did the same thing with , of all things,milk.They couldn't control private sales from farms and didn't know what production was until they mandated "pastuerization".Now they can monitor the amount produced and tax the producer and buyers.Same with any other commodity.
