I work for the largest staffing company in North America. Our founder built this company from the ground up by surrounding himself with the right talent. And then allowing that talent to execute against his strategy.

He started the company in 1983 and today we do $8B in annual revenue.

In 2000, his success gave him the chance to buy the Baltimore Ravens.

Upon taking over the Ravens he made it very clear that he would not be making any decisions around what takes place on the field. Because he was not a football expert. Instead his focus was on hiring the right football experts and then letting the experts execute plans.

And they have since won two Super Bowls.

The model of "hire the right people" and then "let those people execute" proved to be an incredible success in both the business world and the football world for him.

The concept is universal and in my opinion must be applied in our situation here.

My point is that if we trust our leaders at GrowLife then we should give them the right to execute their strategy.

Assuming we are provided with GIFT communication pre-vote then regardless of what our pps is the day of the vote, we should vote yes.

A vote of no would really just be a vote of no "confidence". And if you aren't confident in management then sell your stock.

We are not the experts here, we are merely investors. Lawyers and big business types are the experts. Let them do their job.
