Ellipsis Neurotherapeutics was founded in November 2004 as a drug assets spinout of Ellipsis Biotherapeutics Corporation. Ellipsis Biotherapeutics, a provider of contract SNP genotyping services, was acquired by DNAPrint Genomics, Inc. (OTC BB: DNAG) of Sarasota, Florida in December 2005.

Some people have inquired as to the relation between the
