Pervasip paid (borrowed) Factor Fund $150K for FF to delay its dumping til 2014.

Why whould PVSP pay money they don't have to prevent Factor Fund to do something they wouldn't do ?

If Factor Fund purpose is to make money, like in the other near-bankrupt companies it's lending to, then dumping the shares is a completely normal and expected move.

After all, Factor Fund has already dumped what, 200,000,000 shares so far, why should it balk at continuing the steady dumping pattern we saw in Q2 and Q3 ?
