You may be right about AMEX doing this as a default year end sort of thing. However, because this recent action by the exchange can have an impact on the price, I would think they should have requested a review of operations before issuing the delisting notice.
BTW, it seems to me after examining these four requirements, that the first one is the easiest to fulfill...
"Section 1003(a)(i) with shareholders' equity of less than $2,000,000 and losses from continuing operations and/or net losses in two out of its three most recent fiscal years"
Is that the way you see it?
