So in the end they file an 8-K/A restating some share transaction, to clean things up? I have seen exactly that happen before. That could be the signal we need to wait for. It could be a matter of getting some unknown 3rd party to cough their shares up, which means the company may need to make some kind of deal with whoever. Who knows.
