Does this cause any concerns? I am a bit concerned about this sudden move, also that it was only announced on an 8K with no follow up PR, looks like they are really strapped for cash to me, and I just hope they close the financing discussed on the AGM very soon.

RH did enter into an agreement of lending up to $10 mil, of which he has only lend $7 mil so far, hope he is still willing to lend more under this agreement, in case they are getting desperate.
