On second thought maybe the signer will notify the company ahead of time maybe two or three weeks before the signing and tell them when they would sign that way company could do a little pre ppa campaign and slowly raise the price. This would allow the stock to have a little less volatility and create a nice platform at a higher price before the ppa is out.
