Exactly! QE is just doing exactly the orders he got from Larry since the beginning of the trial. They will appeal any rulings that are not in their favor. The way they act like is kind of telling HJJ to stop his dreaming about settlement. Ever since HJJ first lays his hand on this case, he already showed some kind of prejudice against Vringo (google = Angel; Vring = mosquito on the back an Angel.) Fast forward to now, I think he starts to see google as an "arrogant bastard." He finally realizes google is an evil and Vrng is just a butterfly on the back of an evil. I hope he will does the right thing to teach the evil a big lesson and saves the butterfly from being killed by the big bad evil.
