Almost forgot about that I have no reason to believe that statement from the company isn't true they have told the truth about everything else and if so it will be huge. The only thing they can't do like other stock is slowly raise the price before the ppa with other news releases because in the recent statement by law they can't withhold the ppa once it's signed it has to be reported right away and they don't know exactly when it will be signed so it's hard to plan that. If they could hold the ppa then come out with other releases about company development and slowly raise the price to create a platform then put out the ppa that would be ideal but they can't so I think it could just be one big explosion.
