Didn't say,'bigs' watching,,Lol.
However, a 300/milly PPA,contract award (goes without saying),
is certain to ring Loud,Clear,and quick with Investors!

I do know investors,that are currently looking at Dimes,and Dollars, however,,they are not penny players,
~just saying.
