This just looks like one more BS hurdle thrown up by Stifel.
I have been told Repeatedly that all we needed now for Bond was the EPC. Now all of a sudden we need to prove again that the company can provide biomass? I really wish they would consider another underwriter. I am really questioning whether this is going to get done with Stifel.

This latest PR seemed like bad news. No wonder most of the shares yesterday were sells.
