I is unaware of anyone who claimed and then has successfully found counsel willin to handle such cases wit "small" returns due to one individual's losses. I am unaware of anyone in the grand states of California, Nevada, Florida and the like who would be willin to invest extensive time $$$ and effort in such an endeavor. I suppose it would take the combined effort of multiple victims wit a single attorney willin to take it on witout paying up front and wit no guarantee of success.
