Who the hell was choosing 1 and/or 2 EU's and how can someone that clueless about the intended market, be in this position?

This sort of stuff is what worries me about Intel's mobile efforts the most, they just don't seem to get it, and if left in charge for years, could see the rest of the decade being a "lost decade" for Intel.
