Your missing the point.

If the model is as good as you say where velocity is excellent,then you'll attract much cheaper financing due to the "slam dunk" nature of the business model.

In fact,if it's that awesome,you may even get "prime" status,where money will cost 20 pts less....meaning your financing costs are 1/5th
of what they would be at 25%.

Sending millions to the bottomline.

25% interest rate financing in the Business world is appropriate for high default situations.
