When it launches, it will have a large market with no competition.

It will also have a larger market of people that will want to try it to compare it with the PDE5 drugs.

Don't forget the uses that may come up other than ED. I was wondering about how athletes were using Viagra and wondered what effect Vitaros would have on a calf that was cramping during a game. Hmmmm...people find ways to repurpose that we couldn't even guess. What would the toxscreen be for that?
