After reading the transcripts, I believe Intellect has a great shot at winning this lawsuit! I don't believe however that Pfizer has any plans on settling with Intellect. After reading the transcripts I'm surprised Pfizer isn't challenging Intellect's patent (I see that the judge brings that up in the transcripts). I think Intellect will be victorious, but Pfizer will drag this trial out as long as they can. Hopefully now that this hearing is done Intellect will start releasing news, and Im praying that they get bought out soon!
