Sorry for being MIA for a while-- I am well thanks **D*A**

Got caught up in complications due to the flooding (the affected property is investment/rental) and the holidays thereafter.

Access to the area had been restored via temporary road repairs the beginning of December. Our property sits well above the flooding; however, the road in (approx 5 miles away) was impassable at the bridge as well as 10+ miles of state highway that runs through the gorge/canyon.
