Actually, that would be enough, seeing as Medgen has released their names MULTIPLE times in PRs, and they have not been forced to have it retracted yet. It would have FAR have happened by now.

And no, the answer is not 'Walgreens wouldn't mess with such a small company.' LOL. They would indeed. Especially if they were trading in on their name, and claiming to have what amounts to a hefty contract with them.

Oh, and did we forget, that the first PR sent actually showed up on Walgreen's NEWS FEED??? And anytime Walgreens is even mentioned on Twitter they respond to the sender, so how has Nick said it multiple times and no one has questioned his authenticity?

Um, because it's truuuuuue.....?

There are multiple other reasons as well, but I do my own research, and know what's actually going on....sorry, legit...so again, what's the standard timeframe for showing up on a major website's store???
