Remember MM's make money on the volume of shares they process, regardless of price, and the rebate programs they get from the clearing houses! That is why MM's go to the level where the volume is! They will get rebated any difference with the pricing by the clearing house! I am sure you are aware of the rebating program. It is all over the internet! No MM makes a market in Pink Sheet stocks! Experience goes a long way!
