I would say, or the company posts news that attaches a better value to the company to force market makers to allow a more accurate price range. Hopefully, because this is highly irritating. The manipulation that has gone on with this stock has been intense, and disgusting, I agree. But I assure you that it is not directly tied to anything to do with the company's intentions, or direct company dilution.
