I do not believe they have a translator that you can use but you should be able to send them something and they will have the resources to translate it on their end.

The SEC is used to dealing with foreign languages,

I would suggest that because it appears that English is their primary language and you already know them.

IMO you should not hold off on your complaint no matter what language you type it in they will get it.

Could you please copy/paste the response letter you get in return?
I would like to hear what the SEC has to say about SRSR, Scott and the other members of the company.
