DRox, Broadcomm certainly speaks well of itself as it did in the earnings release that was posted a few days ago. Of course, the PR today has one of the longest, most dense safe-harbor secitons I have seen, even incorporating further cautions by reference.

However, they are trying to frighten me. About the only thing we need be concerned with in our Q investments is a sudden technological leap that would obsolesce Qualcomm's IPR. Even in such a case, the cost of replacing current systems and technology would prevent its being done rapidly IMO.

Any thoughts on the above? Am I tilting with windmills again?
