And VPLM doesn't have crooked management.

Remember my story of the 2 shareholders who had certs totaling 130% of the float of that pink sheet listing in the early 2000s?
They watched their machines every day as 700,000 to 1,000,000 shares traded every day.

If I dug for an hour I can find the history- they went right to the top of market surveillance, who did nothing but shrug...
