Doc what about MM ETRF?

For MJNA I always see them selling large blocks of shares....tons of them....Doc can you or anyone speculate what they are up to with that? Maybe larger firms pass their sell orders to them? They are on the bid as well but almost always with the minimum amount of shares to buy......then as I said huge blocks of shares on the bid...

any education on this would be great.
