The girl scouts are about gone. PCB, many longs, and myself have seen this shakeout happen many times. This is nothing new. They need to ask the questions who is buying the millions and tens of millions of shares in the .19's? Why isn't it down to .12? Why? because the cartel (LOL) has set the bottom in the .19's IMO!
