My concern is with the fact the company has no money, no assests, and no revenue as of right now.
I understand theyre a new company...
I know they just cancelled a billion shares...
I know they are putting out tons of PR's that sound sooo great.

But you have to know that EVERY sub penny is the same. EVERY sub penny has the newest technology. EVERY sub penny puts out great PR's. Every sub penny has groups that run the Share price up, dump the shares they issued at .0001 and sell them for .004. I know the game.

The problem I have is that this company has shown to be no different from any other sub-penny. Fluff PR's, no money ever exchanged. Lots of talk of contracts, lots of promises of following through. But nothing seems to materialize.

We'll see...its early. Dont hate on me just because I dont have on rose colored glasses when looking at this company. You cant just say," everything is great! penny land here we come!" because the CEO who obviously knows nothing about the technology, reading cue cards just to get through a lousy 7 minute presentation.

If I am not convinced, how are venture capitalists and investment groups going to be convinced to commit millions of dollars to forward this company's agenda??
