If you're referring to my ETrade post it was not to say that the DTC issue would take a few weeks it was to say that IF they were unable to resolve the DTC eligibility in the near term that the brokerages would require actual stock certificates and that such a process would likely involve a few more weeks. Just wanted to clarify.

They may have the DTC eligibility restored by tomorrow for all ETrade knows. My rep just said that they did receive communication today from NVOB saying that they were still working on it.
