Why is Simpson not providing any guidance on the Walmart and 7/11 deals if they are good deals for the company ?

Why is he not doing proper press releases ?

Why no annual shareholder meeting ?

I understand he is telling some insiders he has both deals done but why is he not telling all the shareholders via a press release instead of selectively telling only the shareholders he wants to tell ?

Doesn't sound kosher to me .... I'm sure the SEC and US Attorney's office would agree.
