ARTR is the only in their field that is a PT company (that I can find.) IMO they are lining up for something much larger. Yes.....I think we can all agree that an RS is always possible in pennyland, but with the right news and the right groups of eyes on this stock we have the potential to explode. ARTR needs to release less fluff and produce legit press and their credibility will be restored. Sometimes fewer bs PR's and awaiting substantial news to your investors pays off ten fold.
