So, when the day comes, and we're on a larger, and more closely monitored exchange like the NASDAQ. Do the market makers have the same effect? Can, or do they naked short as much as the OTC? I'm aware it's considered an illegal practice, but it does not seem to matter on the OTC. Is that just because the SEC cares not about the OTC?
