I've emailed to Steve about some concerns raised here and also asked if he is ready to start the heavy promotion next week. Here is his response:

'It's a fair criticism. To some extent, we've delayed any marketing or PR until the product was more usable (we replaced the Dec. 4th version with a much better version on Dec. 24), but we had expected more press by now.

We've gone through two PR companies that have been ineffective and are looking to hire a third.

Your timing is correct. We are ramping up both PR and marketing now."
