Slojab-Skepticism is always healthy until you see concrete results but let me add a thought for you to consider regarding what I believe ECSL has. The product they have developed is what is called 'disruptive technology' especially when you think about the implications for 'big oil'. Disruptive technology takes time to be accepted. IBM had a chance to buy Microsoft way back when and chose not to for whatever reason. I would argue that MSFT was disruptive technology way back when.

I suspect that all the testing that ECSL has done is being redone by the distributors. They signed on because of what ECSL showed them. Now they are in the process of reproving it to themselves. They want to be 110% sure before they expose their greatest asset (their customers) to something thought impossible until now. You can't blame them. But when they have satisfied themselves that this is the real deal, orders will flow.

I suspect we are in that proving process right now, and I suspect we are closer to the end of that process as opposed to the beginning.

So skepticism is healthy, but many things suggest skeptics will become believer in the not too distant future.
