Netflix is going to develop their original content in 4k and will start streaming it in 4k this year per Reed Hastings (CEO).

Have also heard of someone else doing 4k content for streaming.

Also "Enter YouTube. It has developed a new codec -- VP9 -- which the company claims will be ready for consumers by 2015 and would allow 4K streaming on existing broadband internet. Set to be demo'ed for the first time at the 2014 International CES next week, the codec, claims YouTube, would also essentially eradicate video buffering for lower resolution HD streaming too."
