Hello,

My first post here. It has been my experience that companies don't give you any notice of an increase in the A/S. You wake up one morning and there it is. This company is giving us notice and allowing us to vote on the increase. I have never seen this. Could this be a sign of good things to come and the transparency of the company now and in the future?
