A good question to raise at the CC is whether or not Steve plans to do any financing post-split. It seems to me that any substantial revenue catalysts would eliminate the need for this. They have cash and virtually no debt, plus incoming revenues from MPE, and I don't see them doing any financing deals just to hire more staff or implement a marketing campaign.

Yesterday afternoon it seemed market sentiment was bullish on the proposed R/S, but the share price sure isn't showing it today. I expected a more concerted effort by the short interest to push this down short-term, but it doesn't need to do much, because no one is really buying - which further speaks on the need for institutional investment.

P.S. Interested in how you suggest Steve implement "damage control". He doesn't control what folks do with their money, and I am not in favor of releasing fluff PR just to artificially boost the price. I agree that there are two sides to this R/S news, and I agree with you on many points. I'm just not sure what you expect him to "do" to keep the price up while he's out on business.
