Correct - but a seasoned negotiator can use it to his advantage - and I think it suffice to say were now well past that point of return. Might be best to perform some additional drill down on all the info that is public before assuming someone's intent to disseminate confidential info - it's all there - just have to be vigilant in finding it and piecing together.
