Well it looks like this thing is headed to trial. I don't think Pfizer is going to agree on a settlement with Intellect. Wonder how long this trial will take, it took over a year just for the hearing on the motion to dismiss. I hope Intellect gets bought out in the first half of this year. Evli has to have come up with a valuation and a potential buyer by now I hope. GLTA
