I believe management made a huge mistake by not settling the Collins case years ago. I have suggested to JM that they settle out of court fortunately JM does not intend to lose this case. They have a very good balance sheet and additional dilution even in the event they lost the case doesn't put them out of business. Once these cases are settled it is my opinion that LTFD will pay a dividend of .05-.08 a share which translates to about 6-8% a year. With that you also will once again start growing the company. As far as collateral I doubt that JM would issue those shares as collateral. I look for LTFD to be $2 by yearend and possibly $3-5 with a favorable decision within 24 months ot taken private.
